Ramona Robles Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a California-based consulting business, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit ramonarobles.com, how we use it, the third-party services we rely on, and the rights you have over your information.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide so we can respond to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics that collect standard technical information about your visit — including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and general usage patterns. Some of this analytics collection runs only after you accept cookies (see Cookies below).
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
- Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve its content and performance;
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of the website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-party services
We rely on the following service providers, which may process your information on our behalf:
- Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager — website analytics and tag management (consent-gated).
- Microsoft Clarity — behavioral analytics, including aggregate session and interaction data, loaded only after you accept cookies.
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — when you submit the contact form, your name and email address are added to our email audience so we can follow up with you.
- Calendly — consultation scheduling, embedded on the site for booking calls.
- Sanity— the content management system that stores and serves the site’s content.
- Vercel — website hosting and performance monitoring.

Cookies
We use cookies to support analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _gid to distinguish visitors and measure usage. These analytics cookies, along with Microsoft Clarity, load only after you accept cookies through our consent banner. If you decline, these trackers are not loaded. You can also clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Your California privacy rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it is used;
- Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Opt out of the sale of your personal information.

Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, and analytics data for as long as our providers retain it under their standard settings. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
